The Board of Directors of Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 102 (the “District”) has adopted the Rental Policies and Procedures to allow use of the Administration Building owned by the District and located at 15300 Falmouth Avenue, Houston, Texas 77084 (the “Administration Building”), so that the space not in use by the District can continue to serve a public purpose and benefit to the residents and taxpayers of the District and non-residents in the surrounding community.
Administration Building Rental
Hours
- Regular rental hours will fall within the following hours:
- Tuesday – Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Monday: 9:00 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Any exceptions shall be requested in writing and must be approved by the Board of Directors.
Rental Application
- A completed and signed Rental Application and Indemnification Form (Linked below) is required to secure a reservation.
- To check availability and submit a completed and signed Rental Application and Indemnification Form please email the designated District
representative at cnc@hcmud102.org.
