Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 102 (District) purchased the Colonies Neighborhood Center (CNC) in February 2023 to carry out a civic and benevolent undertaking, namely, the promotion of property improvement and the safety, health and welfare of the members of the District and open for public use and enjoyment. The District provides operation, management and ownership of the swimming pool, tennis courts and other recreational facilities on land adjacent to Yorktown Colony Subdivision in Harris County, Texas on the northwest corner of West Little York and Addicks-Satsuma Roads.
The district also owns and operates a lovely Administration Building which is available to rent. The Administration building, located at 15300 Falmouth Ave. (Google maps = 6760 Kentwick Dr.), Houston, TX 77084, hosts a Board room, kitchen, AV equipment, and restroom facilities.
Tennis & Pickleball Courts (Lighted) – Recently Renovated
Harris County MUD No. 102 is pleased to announce that the community tennis courts have been fully renovated and are now open for use. Improvements include:
- New perimeter fencing
- Newly resurfaced courts
- New practice/rebound board
- Added pickleball court lines for dual‑use play
Hours: Daily, 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Access: Keyed entry required

- Sunday: 1pm – 8pm
- Hours subject to change due to weather.
- Entry fee is $2/person per day for access to pool during swim season.
- Early registration (Pre-season) offers cost savings. Early registration pool tag dates and times will be posted on the District website. Email cnc@hcmud102.org to make an appointment for pool tags.
